The CRDC highlights the imperative to raise the standards of investigative journalism and reporting on environment, and the benefits to be gained from doing so. Recognizing the critical need for competent human resources in journalism, our organization (CRDC) in partnership with the EDEN Center is offering the 2014 run of the online training course on comprehensive investigative journalism.
The training course package offers an educational model for practitioners who are looking at building their career and/or improving their skills in reporting on the EU and integration issues.
It consists of a mandatory introductory course plus a selection of specialized online courses: Understanding Science, Investigative Research and Shoulder-to-Shoulder reporting (on “real” stories).
Selected thematic areas for specific stories includes all environmental topics.
All courses were developed by international experts and were extensively peer reviewed. The training delivery methodology was formulated by educational experts and offers the flexibility for the participants to study at their own pace without compromising the quality of learning.
The best of these stories/participants will have the opportunity to attend the regional workshop and later EU study visit.
This online course, which is a pre-requisite for the regional conference, will run from March 17, and will last till April 17, one month per each module .
On-line registration will be by our organization and we will contact you. Space is limited to 45 participants only.
Additional information will be provided upon registration.
If you need further information, do not hesitate to contact Mr. Aleksandar Maksimovic, Online course mentor at firstname.lastname@example.org and Ms. Madlina Puka, at email@example.com Project Director
I look forward to your participation and contribution to this important project.
